I believe yoga shines a light on your unique gifts and empowers you to be brave, to face your fears, walk your talk, and live your truth.

I teach yoga because I want to inspire everybody to live a life of freedom, loving every moment.

Those who are on a pursuit of happiness will enjoy what I have to offer. I am deeply humbled by everyone who has ever showed up on their mat. I am grateful to have taught all ages and abilities ranging from children to teens, adults, seniors, pregnant women, athletes, breast cancer patients, and those recovering from injury.

Each class is steeped in tradition using pranayama, asana, mantra, and meditation. I weave in what I find most inspiring, be it mother nature, music, yoga philosophy, a story, or poetry. Working at energetically re-aligning the mental, physical, and emotional you will leave with clarity on your journey home, which is where the heart is.

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self” ~ Bhagavad Gita
